Bimmo reading a glowing book

Bimmo Assistant

Message Bimmo directly and send communities to see communities you share with the bot. Select one with use <community name or ID>, then privately check your rank, balance, or warnings. You can also create reminders and open a support ticket without posting the subject in a public channel.

Premium Plus communities can offer a complete DM ticket inbox. Send ticket, react to choose one of your shared communities, then describe the issue in your next message. Your messages appear to that community's staff with your name and avatar, and staff replies return directly to this DM. Bimmo Community retains access for first-party support.

For help from the Bimmo team itself, send support <subject>. Bimmo opens a private mailbox for Bimmo Community staff; you can continue the conversation in the same DM without joining a separate support server. Use support status or support close to manage the conversation.

The assistant is user-initiated and never provides destructive moderation actions in DMs. Send privacy off to disable it and privacy on to enable it again. The selected community and privacy choice persist across bot restarts.

Getting started

Click Add Bimmo, choose your community, and approve the requested permissions. Bimmo joins instantly and starts listening for events right away. Nothing else to install.

Once it's in your server, sign in to the dashboard with your Fluxer account. You'll see every community where you have Manage Server permission (or where an owner has delegated specific modules to you). Pick a community to open its settings.

Every optional module is disabled by default. Open the dashboard's Modules page to turn features on or off. Module pages keep their configuration while disabled, so you can safely pause a feature without losing its setup.

Module control

The Modules page is the single place for enabling or disabling Bimmo features. Changes apply immediately; there is no separate save button and individual module pages do not contain duplicate on/off switches.

Channel, category, role, and member settings use searchable Fluxer selectors. Bimmo stores resource IDs internally while the dashboard shows readable names, avatars, and deleted-resource fallbacks.

Moderation

Use text commands with a member mention or ID and a reason: warn, warnings, timeout, untimeout, kick, ban, tempban, unban, and purge for bulk-deleting recent messages. Timeouts and temporary bans take a duration like 10m, 1h, 1d or 1w.

Every action creates a moderation case stored in Bimmo, visible on the dashboard's Moderation page along with who issued it, the reason, and when it expires. Running a command requires the matching real Fluxer permission (kick, ban, moderate members, or manage messages). Bimmo checks your actual server roles, not just its own settings.

AutoMod

Automatic message filtering with independent thresholds for spam (messages per time window), mass mentions, excessive caps, links, invite links, and a custom banned-word or regex list. Set which roles and channels are ignored, choose the penalty (delete, warn, timeout), and configure an escalation threshold so repeat offenders get a stronger response automatically.

An optional anti-raid guard flags or kicks accounts that join in a sudden burst, or accounts newer than a minimum age you set.

Tickets

Create one or more ticket panels from the dashboard, each with its own staff roles, category, and welcome message. A panel can be opened three ways:

  • Command: members run ticket open <subject>.
  • Message: anything typed in a chosen channel becomes the ticket subject automatically.
  • Reaction: Bimmo posts a panel message and members react with your chosen emoji to open one.

Opening a ticket creates a private channel and posts a welcome embed with a claim (🙋) and close (🔒) reaction. Staff can react instead of typing a command. Owners and staff can add, remove, or transfer participants with ticket add, ticket remove, and ticket transfer.

Roles

Mark specific roles as self-assignable and members can pick them up with role add <name> or drop them with role remove <name>. role list shows what's available. For a visual picker, build a role menu on the dashboard: Bimmo posts a message and members react to toggle a role, either freely or limited to one choice at a time.

Welcome & Goodbye

Write a welcome and goodbye message using {user}, {username}, {community}, and {member_count} placeholders. Send it to a channel, as a DM, or both. Optionally assign one or more roles automatically on join.

Alongside your message, Bimmo attaches a designed welcome card with the new member's avatar and join number. If your server has a banner set, the card uses it as its background; otherwise it falls back to Bimmo's own design.

Levels

Members earn XP for messages (with a per-member cooldown and a configurable amount range) and level up automatically. A level-up posts a card showing the previous and new level side by side. Running rank (or its alias level) renders a card with the member's avatar, level, rank, and an XP progress bar; leaderboard lists the top members in the community. Optional level-reward roles are granted the moment a member reaches that level, and seasons let you reset the board on a schedule while keeping lifetime stats intact.

Logs

Route message, member, server-structure, and moderation events to separate channels (or one shared log channel). Every logged event is also recorded in the dashboard's activity feed, so you have a searchable history even without scrolling through Fluxer.

Automations

Build simple trigger → conditions → actions rules from the dashboard: react to a member joining, leaving, or a message being sent, optionally narrowed by channel, role, or message content, then send a message and/or add or remove a role. No coding required.

Music

Music is a premium module, with access enabled for Bimmo's home community. Join a voice channel and use play or search; playback runs through the separate Bimmo music process and NodeLink. Each voice channel has its own player and queue, subject to the community's active-player limit.

The dashboard can select a voice channel, start playback, inspect its queue, pause, skip, stop, and change volume. Commands also support queue ordering, shuffle, track or queue looping, and DJ role restrictions. See the Commands page for every music command.

Custom commands

Define your own commands with a plain-text or embed response, per-command cooldowns (global or per-member), and optional role or channel restrictions. Templates support the same {user}, {username}, and {community} placeholders as welcome messages.

Language

Set your community's locale from the dashboard's Settings page. Bimmo's own replies, ticket flow, and moderation messages switch language immediately. No restart needed. English and Turkish are supported today, with more languages planned.
