By adding or using Bimmo, you agree to these terms and Fluxer's applicable rules. If you manage Bimmo for a community, you confirm that you are allowed to make those choices.
Using Bimmo
You may use Bimmo only in communities where you have authority to install or configure it. You are responsible for the permissions, content and automated actions you choose to enable.
Accounts and access
Dashboard access relies on your Fluxer identity. Keep your account secure and do not attempt to access communities, records or controls you are not authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bimmo to harass people, distribute unlawful content, evade platform controls, overload the service, probe security boundaries or interfere with other communities.
Availability and changes
Bimmo may change, suspend or retire features to maintain security and reliability. Maintenance and live operational state are communicated on the status page when practical.
Premium services
Paid access may add capacity or modules. The applicable scope, term and limits are presented before activation. Ending premium access does not automatically erase existing community configuration.
Responsibility
Bimmo is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, P-BOX is not responsible for indirect loss caused by service interruption or a community's configuration choices.
