Bimmo follows a simple rule: collect what the product needs, explain why it is needed and keep control close to the people running the community.
Information Bimmo uses
Bimmo processes Fluxer account and community identifiers, module configuration, permission choices, moderation records, support messages and the operational data required by enabled modules.
Why it is used
This information is used to authenticate dashboard access, perform requested bot actions, preserve community settings, operate support workflows and protect the service from misuse.
Storage and retention
Operational records are kept only while they are needed for the feature, security, legal or recovery purpose they support. Community configuration can remain stored while Bimmo is installed so settings are not lost unexpectedly.
Sharing and service providers
Bimmo does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, when required by law, or when a community administrator explicitly triggers an integration.
Your controls
Community administrators control enabled modules and their configuration. Users may disable the DM assistant with its privacy command. Removal and access questions can be raised through Bimmo support.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored data. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
